Ion-textarea cannot bind rows attribute like [rows]="rows"

I can use ion-textarea and specify the number of rows using rows attribute like rows=“4”.

But cannot bind a variable to the rows attribute (build error will come up).

Is that any solution for that?

I had saw angular2-elastic but it is not what I need.

[attr.rows]=“rows” works for me
