Ion-nav-view with ui-router is working locally but not remotely

I am creating an web app with a side menu and content. I can navigate locally and everything works fine. Remotely, the first page displays (login) however after login, the all other templates load, but nothing displays. I can see the routes working also. It doesn’t matter what browser or device I use, remotely, the pages after login do not display, so I figure it has to be something I’ve done. Any help would be appreciated.

Here is my index.html:

<!-- IF using Sass (run gulp sass first), then uncomment below and remove the CSS includes above

My app.js:

angular.module(‘na2web’, [‘ionic’, ‘na2web.controllers’])

.run(function($ionicPlatform, $rootScope, $state, $location, AuthService) {
$ionicPlatform.ready(function() {
// Hide the accessory bar by default (remove this to show the accessory bar above the keyboard
// for form inputs)
if (window.cordova && window.cordova.plugins.Keyboard) {
cordova.plugins.Keyboard.hideKeyboardAccessoryBar(true);
cordova.plugins.Keyboard.disableScroll(true);

}
if (window.StatusBar) {
  // org.apache.cordova.statusbar required
  StatusBar.styleDefault();
}

$location.path('/login');
$rootScope.$apply();

  $rootScope.$on('$stateChangeStart', function(event, next, nextParams, fromState) {
  console.log('From: ', fromState.name, ' To ', next.name);
  if (!AuthService.isAuthenticated()) {
    console.log(next.name);
    if (next.name !== 'app.login') {
      event.preventDefault();
      $state.go('login');
    }
  }
});

});

})

.config(function($stateProvider, $urlRouterProvider, $locationProvider) {
$stateProvider

.state('app', {
url: '/app',
abstract: true,
templateUrl: 'templates/menu.html',
controller: 'AppCtrl'

})

.state(‘login’, {
url: ‘/login’,
templateUrl: ‘templates/login.html’,
controller: ‘LoginCtrl’
})

.state(‘app.overview’, {
url: ‘/overview’,
views: {
‘menuContent’: {
templateUrl: ‘templates/overview.html’,
controller: ‘OverviewCtrl’
}
}
});
$locationProvider.html5Mode(true);
// if none of the above states are matched, use this as the fallback
$urlRouterProvider.otherwise(’/login’);
});

Nevermind. I had a bug where isAuthorized was always false, so the login page was always being displayed.
