After a lot of research, found the solution!! YUHUUU!!
There is problem with the crosswalk java files.
It dowloads the wrong or maybe the old files.
Download this repository and replace the files in platforms\android\src\org\crosswalk\engine with the correct one from the downloaded zip.
Note: Before Crosswalk my app size was around 2-3 MB and after Crosswalk the size of my app was around 60 MB
