In RC.0, how to use 3rd css?

I install 3rd css through npm, where to reference the css file?

@reedrichards How did you manage to add the cropperjs css into varibles.scss in RC0 ? I have try this @import "cropper"; but i get error File to import not found or unreadable: cropper

I have one more question: this kind of sass config overriding will override all the config file or just include Paths section?

I think, can’t find again where I may have read that, only the part you override, in that case only includePaths. The other values gonna still be the default values.
