I made a webpage with ionic v3 but not working with cordova plugin?

I made webpage hosting with heroku

but the problem is that plugin that I used in app is not working on webpage.

is there any way that I can use plugin on webpage ?

The cordova plugins of ionic only works with builds for compilation mobiles, no works with PWA or IONIC WEB…
