How to solve this error -- angular-sanitize.min.js.map 404 (Not Found)

searching the internet earlier when I first saw this error , I found this solution, and the post was this link to download min.js.map. Who put the link to correct the error says something there I do not understand because I do not understand english, is this

this is the error

GET http://localhost/upchtml/public_html/ionic/js/angular-sanitize.min.js.map 404 (Not Found)

If someone has resolved this error, or knows how to, I would like help in explaining what is needed to do next in the code line or a video tutorial.

Same here, my project that worked like a charm in RC 4 has stopped after upgrading to RC 5 with this error.
No resources can be loaded either.
