How to create a bouncing effect

Pls guys, I need your help on how to create a bouncing effect on my “add to cart” button that will reflect on the cart. Something like the effect in xender app when the send button is click where the object flies in the operation icon and the badge increases.

Angular animations might be simplest, because they recently got an upgrade. Some people say CSS animations are faster with lower overhead. I’ve never compared, and it probably doesn’t matter if all you want is a bouncing icon.
