How-to: add facebook-like tags to your images in ionic

Hi there,

I’m trying to build an app where, among other functionalities, people can add tags to their photos like they do on Facebook.
I’d like them to be visualized on the photos like pinpoints when they’re not active (i.e. the text associated with them is not shown) and when you press your finger over one of them, a popup displays the tag content.

Wonder how can I add those tags?
