How does " Native app build in the cloud" works?

I am not able to build android apk on my local computer for some reasons.

“Developer account” can do “Native app build in the cloud”.

Can I upload my local files into the cloud and export APK files?

if it is true, I love to join the paid developer account.

anyone knows? thanks a lot!!

Yes, you have to join paid developer account in order to make them work.
