How can we create iOS shortcuts app Actions for our app?

I am building an iOS app with Angular, Ionic, and Capacitor. How can I create actions for my app that appear on the Shortcuts app of iOS devices?
This is an example of what I am looking to create:

I am looking to do this as well. There are a couple of plugins available but not sure if they are still operational as there has not been much development on them in a while:

capacitor-plugin-siri-shortcuts

cordova-plugin-siri-shortcuts

I couldn’t create actions like in the screenshot with any of these, so if you can find a way please let me know!
