Hide the bar "hold to copy"

Hello,

Is it possible to hide the bar, which appears after a long touch on a text, but keep the text select ?
In other words, I would like to select a text on long touch but not display the bar for copy, cut, and past.

What is the point of selecting and not copying it.

You can disable the selection via CSS

I have already see this property, but the text have to be selectable.
It’s for a html editor, the bar who appeared for copy hide the toolbar of my editor, so I want to don’t display it
