Have the IonTitle in a button and still look like a title

Is there any way to nestle an IonTitle in a button yet continue looking like an IonTitle? On Android, there should be a ripple effect, and on iOS, it should just change color.

Using the IonRippleEffect doesn’t look good on iOS.
