I found solution:

downgrade googlemaps plugin to version: 1.4

ionic cordova plugin add cordova-plugin-googlemaps --variable …

but

Ionic docs have:
ionic cordova plugin add https://github.com/mapsplugin/cordova-plugin-googlemaps#multiple_maps… <- this is beta version
