Over the last few weeks we’ve seen an uptick in the number of people who contact app support saying that the app is getting stuck at the title screen.
People delete and reinstall the app to no avail.
What seems to work most often is telling people to turn off WiFi or to go into airplane mode and then re-enable it after the app loads.
This would lead me to believe that the auto-update feature is at fault here. My guess is that people are on WiFi access points that use some sort of blocker and perhaps this is getting caught in the mix?
Anyone else work around it? We are very close to dropping that functionality from the app since most of our updates nowadays require updates to Cordova plugins.
