Geolocation is not working on android

Somewhere http is use instead of https…but I personnaly don’t know the solution, just wanted to give a clue

Hello, I’m using the “cordova-plugin-geolocation”, everything is OK on iOS but on Android (ionic run android --device -c -l) I receive this following error message : “Only secure origins are allowed (see: https://goo.gl/Y0ZkNV).” Is it because i’m running the reload server in http ? Running live reload server: http://192.168.1.12:35729 Watching: www//*, !www/lib//* √ Running dev server: http://192.168.1.12:8100 What’s the solution please ? Thank you!

Ionic geolocation Only secure origins are allowed error

Is there a way to fix the Only secure origins are allowed error? I am testing my App on Android using ionic run android -l -c -s it was working just fine a month ago! I tried it today and it just won’t work and it returns the above error. I am using Ionic not Ionic2

Hi everyone, I’m creating an app that needs to access the GPS location of the user on some occasions. I followed this tutorial, including the meta tag and permissions, but still get the following error: Only secure origins are allowed (see: https://goo.gl/Y0ZkNV) I searched for the error message and it shows that this error occurs in chrome when the website is not served via HTTPS. Since I get the same error in the emulator and when debugging on the phone, I am not sure how to resolve this er…
