What about errors? You could run the chrome://inspect , you know how to do that?

Ionic Native: deviceready did not fire within 5000ms. This can happen when plugins are in an inconsistent state. Try removing plugins from plugins/ and reinstalling them.
I ll do some research about this error thank you for your help
it seems to be an issue with android devices only
