Free app : Google Play ask for payment method

Hello guys,

Since few days, users report that Google Play ask them to add a payment method before they can even download my app.
Off course my app is totally free, and they can skip this, but it is really annoying…

Do you know if something changed on google play side’s?
Is there anything I need to check on the app side’s, maybe it’s a cordova issue?

This is Google’s procedure and isn’t a recent change. You are unable to do anything and it is totally unrelated to your app.
