Firewall Release | Send Push Notifications

Hi guys good morning!

I’m developing a back-end application in C # for sending push notifications using the POST address: https://api.ionic.io/push/notifications.

The company where I work Firewall is blocking these output requests for security reasons the company even.
I would like to know some information to be requesting releases in Firewall.

What connection ports to the server used? 80 and 443?
What’s IP range or which IP’s the address “api.ionic.io” answers? In order to achieve the release of these IP’s
