I would like to know if ionic v3 has support for google awareness api, since I need this api to develop a college job.

Ionic is just a UI component library, and is not directly Ionic’s domain, but rather the base framework (Angular, React, Vue). If that api is accessible via JavaScript/TypeScript, then you should be able to integrate it.
