Display view-title in subheader, not header

Does anyone know how (or where) I can edit or override the Navbar template? I would like to show the app title (same on every tab) with the view-title displayed underneath it.

It’s possible that I just need a better understanding of overriding templates in general. Any Input would be of great value!

PS: I’m working with the tabs example.

The navbar is defined with the subheader class so that the title will change as you navigate to other views.
