DevApp not finding from Android, but iOS ok

I’ve got DevApp installed on an iOS and an Android device. We’re all on the same WiFi. The iOS one finds my app just fine, while on Android it is still just Listening. Any suggestions for how to trouble shoot this? I can ping the Android device - I did try that.
