Creating "real world" promo shots

Hi all,

see phones on the front page of this site ( http://ionicframework.com/ )

Is there a tool that makes creating this kind of promo shot easy? I’d like a slight angles view of an ipad and be able to easily put a screen capture of my app within it.

Hopefully that makes sense!
