Creating app-starting video/animation

Hi!
I am still pretty new to Ionic and I was wondering if there is any way to create an animation/vid that would be welcoming its users after lauching the app.
Then it would change to home page.

Ou, Ive just realised that I hadnt give any example how would I want it to look like.
So at start I would like to draw a curvy line and then my logo would appear.

This turned out to be completely impossible on cordova…
I tried but the only stable thing you can use is cordova splash screen. There are many side effects of trying something else for now… they don’t worth the risks and time.
