Cordova 3.4.0

#1

Cordova 3.4.0 was released this week. https://cordova.apache.org/announcements/2014/02/20/cordova-340.html

Has anyone been brave enough to upgrade to it yet? Any known issues with Ionic?

#2

Upgraded today. Only known issue is if you use OSX Mavericks, but thats on the cordova side. Ionic and Cordova 3.4 play well together

#3

I’m still having issues with Samsung Galaxy S4. When it tries to open it says “Unfortunately [your app] has stopped”.

I have not been able to make it work.

It runs perfect on a Nexus 4 running 4.4.2

#4

Have tested things on your browser. Try running cordova serve . This will boot up a server so you can do some debugging at each platform level

#5

since we’re talking about cordova versions. Does anyone know when 3.5 is going to land? I’m waiting for this bug fix to land https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-5398

how do you update cordova to unreleased versions?

#6

sudo npm install -g cordova@X.X.X but most likely you wont be able to install 3.5 because its not on npm yet.
