Can we convert a website (php ,html pages) into mobile apps in ionic2 framework .If yes how ?

You can … But maybe this is bad method.
Ionic 2 designate template HTML folder.
You will go on a thorny road…

I make Ionic 2 & CodeIgniter(PHP framework).
But these have another domain and connect is Rest API only.
