Content expandable vertically

I’m currently trying to get expandable panel, fixed to the bottom of the viewport. By default it would display only header of it’s content, but if user drag/swipe up/click it then panel slides up, and shows all content.

So my question if someone can think of smart way of implementing such functionality ?
Myself I’ve got an impression that modals partially might be a good try ?
