Conflict in plugins - network and apprate on android 4.1

I have wierd thing.
On android 4.1 (tested on genymotion and real device) when I have two plugins installed:

App closed after start - no message, no consol error.

When I remove one of those plugins app works great.

Is it known issue? Is there something I can do? Do i have to remove one of plugins?

It’s issue only on 4.1 (maybe 4.0 I can’t test). On >=4.2 it’s ok.

Maybe there is other solution to find out if smartphone has Internet connection? I only display a message when You’re offline.
