Component "is part of the declarations of 2 modules" error when building (but not running on emulator)

This broke my feature as discribed here:

Ionic 4 Build error fixed, now Features doesnt work

I had this error, discribed here: https://forum.ionicframework.com/t/component-is-part-of-the-declarations-of-2-modules-error-when-building-but-not-running-on-emulator/171493/3 I fixed the error removed the Component from entryComponents and declarations on ComponentsModule.
