Then that’s it, nothing happens, been waiting over 10 minutes now for something…

Did you ever figure this out? I’m having the same problem right now.
I’m on ionic CLI V.2.1.8, I tried upgrading to v.2.2.3 and it still didnt work.
Yeap, reinstalling ionic did the job for me

I’ve tried uninstalling ionic and re-installing.
I ran in the console:
npm uninstall -g ionic
and then
npm install -g ionic@2.2.3 and it still hanging on ionic login… What version are you using?
Just use a 3.x version. They are stable and work with all previous Ionic Framework releases. What is holding you back?
