CLI / Popular command list

Just starting off with Ionic, and very new to programming too.

I was looking for a list of popular commands used in Ionic terminal. For instance on the https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C-UwOWB9Io4&feature=youtu.be video (min 2.18)…I am sure it is silly… but I can’t list the directory

just typing ionic in the terminal will give you a listing of available commands. you can then type ionic help <command> and it will list out available parameters.
