I am trying to either hide or change the side menu icon to ‘X’ when the side menu is open.
I manage to change the icon when it opens but when the Side menu closes It seems like the objects that were tied to UI all loose their hook. It seems like the Component get’s run again with new objects which are not tied in to the UI.
I tried accomplishing this using Events and managed to change the values of the objects tied into the side menu icon. However, once the Side Menu closes the object being changed is not the same as the object that was tied into the Icon.
Any help would be appreciated.
