Change variable name JAVA_HOME

Hello to everyone,
I’ve an issue when I launch the command ionic cordova build --release android

I cannot change the variable JAVA_HOME because others software wouldn’t working anymore.

Can I add another variable (for example JAVA_IONIC)? And where can I change the variable name in the Ionic project?
