Cant log in in ionic account

Hi guys can anyone tell me why i cant log in in my ionic account even though i supplied my email and password correctly?

try ionic logout
and restart your cmd…
then try ionic login

Make sure you have linked your ionic pro id to your app properly…

I think you may want to check your SSH file.
Last time, I had a similar issue.
I deleted .ssh folder and created a new SSH file… then everything worked fine.
