Cannot remove dependencies

I had Stripe installed on my project and I removed it with this:
$ ionic cordova plugin remove cordova-plugin-stripe
$ npm uninstall --save @ionic-native/stripe

That should be enough but every time I run ionic cordova run android it adds Stripe (“found Stripe and added to the project”).

How can I complete uninstall a dependency?

have you tried

npm ls stripe

to see if there is any other packages that are using stripe as a dependancy

It outputs “empty” but trying now on Mac it works ok. I think it’s a Windows issue
