Cannot display img from URL in Android

Hi, I’m trying to display an image from an HTTP:// domain on an ionic page on Android, and I cannot get it to work. It displays it properly on the web. I’ve read the configuration notes but I’m not sure what I’m missing. Thanks.

For instance, my image URLs

gifUrl = http://d205bpvrqc9yn1.cloudfront.net/2364.gif

will be something like: http://my.server.com/img.png and the code to display it:

first advice: always use https connection.

anyway, can you inspect the item and tell what the src tag looks like?
(inspect your real device from chrome or use a simulator under androis studio)

and, can you paste your html code?

Thanks for your Advice, But is there any other method to use HTTP instead of HTTPS

if you publish your app, I don’t think you can serve your images over a http server.

Have you tried changing security parameters in the Android project?
