Can we host our own server to work with Ionic View app?

We’re not comfortable with uploading our source to the Ionic Servers (but love the functionality).

You don’t upload your source, you upload your packaged app, it’s the same as on the App Store or Google Play.
it’s up to you to obfuscate and minify your code.
