Camera plugin and barcode scanner plugin stopped working in beta.6 (update: it's a permissions issue for marshmallow devices)

[Update:
The issue seems to be how marshmallow devices ask for permissions at runtime. While the old app asked for permission, the new app has to have the permission added manually in the devices settings. Haven’t found a fix yet, but I guess I’ll keep hoping ]

Just finished updating my app to the new beta.6

Almost everything works as it did before, with the exception of my camera plugins. (screenshots are at the bottom)
Luckily I backed up the app before updating everything I can confirm that the old app still runs fine, and have screenshots of that as well.

Has anyone else had this problem?
If this is widespread, I hope a fix can be figured out.
