Calling All newbies who want to "load" a project into Ionic CLI

Hey folks,

Getting my head round Ionic (but really liking it!!). This question was driving me twatty … Google-ing illustrated that I’m not the only one asking … but failed to give any answers. The simple answer is change to the root directory of your desired project first - THEN run your commands as documented !!! (in my case I just wanted to run {ionic resources --splash} doh!)

If you have a current CLI installed, after you run the ionic start command, it actually give server help hints, including remembering to cd into your new app.
