I am new to ionic.
I need help in building an app and i am wondering if ionic is the best tool for it .
i can code.
Question:
i am trying to build an android first aid video app (for use in a third world country with people dying for basically stupid reasons) .
After installation, the app should basically allow access to offline videos stored in the app .
Please if you can suggest a way of doing this or a template you could help save lives.
