Backend hosting recommendation

Hi All,

I am developing a kind of Chat App using ionic 2.
Can I ask your advice regarding Backend service hosting?
I’m making the backend service using NodeJs.
Requirmenets of Beackend service hosting are

  1. Provide User Authentification service.
  2. Allow to host NodeJs service
  3. Allow web socket.
  4. Scalability
  5. Available in Sydney(Australia)

Could you please recommend the hosting service which full fills the above requirements?
