Application Stopped working with Cordova and Ionic Upgrade

I have upgraded Cordova (7.0.1) and Ionic(3.4.0) to the last versions and also upgraded the Android Platform to 6.2.3.

Now the application does not run.

Connecting chrome to the device and opening the console I get::

Not allowed to load local resource: file:///android_asset/www/index.html

The file is there, so It seems like a white list problem, the whitelist plugin is in place and

Is in the config.xml file.

Unfortunately I couldn’t google a simple solution, but you might have a look at this: Having not allowed to load local resource error

What is you ionic info output?
Where are you testing? (device, android version)

Nevermind, my bad, I had a javascript error. The error above was a distraction I was trying to debug the issue in a wrong way, opening the actual session in a different tab, promting chrome to try to load the file, which obviously it cannot.
