App is not launching in emulator

I’m using https://market.ionicframework.com/starters/ion2fullapp---full-ionic-2-app-template-pro-version

Whenever I’m trying to run my app in emulator and writing “ionic cordova run android” then it generates the android-debug.apk and does not run it in emulator.

another way
use mobile phone with usb cable
inspect your browser to open emulator on it .

chrome://inspect/#devices

Delete your manager after create it.Then use of it,i have faced this problems few times,i have followed this idea,may be its working,try it…Thank you
