Android signing fails

#1

I’m using the cloud build feature and iOS build / signing is working fine.
But I have problems with android. Maybe I added wrong keystone configurations.

Here is how I do the signing locally:
keytool -genkey -v -keystore MyAppKS.keystore -alias MyAppName -keyalg RSA -keysize 2048 -validity 10000

jarsigner -verbose -sigalg SHA1withRSA -digestalg SHA1 -keystore MyAppKS.keystore android-release-unsigned.apk MyAppName

zipalign -v 4 android-release-unsigned.apk MyAppName_aligned.apk

I have a password with my keystore file. Which of the data above do I have to enter in the Ionic config page? What is the difference between Keystore Password, Key Alias and Key Password?

Can’t help you directly - but I use apk signer and it is really easy. link is https://shatter-box.com/knowledgebase/android-apk-signing-tool-apk-signer/ and look on youtube on how to use it.

For details and signing setting see https://developer.android.com/studio/command-line/apksigner

Thanks, but I don’t have a problem to sign locally. My question is what to fill into the fields in Ionic Pro settings.
