Android 4.4, ion-list, ion-refresher, *severe* scrolling problem

With ionic latest 1.2.1, in Android 4.4 ion-refresher on top of ion-list, prevents list scrolling.
If i remove the ion-refresher, everything works fine.
This is a severe problem, is there someone experiencing the same?
Any resolution?
