Android 12 / Android 13 Capacitor Splash screen issue

This issue with the splash screen is a nightmare!

If created another new thread and hope that someone can help. But honestly does somebody of you know what is the best practice to adopt using Ionic and Capacitor with this issue?

Splash Screen issues with Android 12 and 13

The issue about the splash screen on Android is very confusing, I hope some of the team or some other one can help us out of this night mare. We know that there is this issue, but honestly right now we don’t know what is the best way to adopt to get the splash screen working. So when we create a new Ionic App with Capacitor and we don’t care about the old style, but we just want that the splash screen is working, even if it is also just a icon, and we want that it is hiding when app is ready, …
